• We can not move furniture. We will do our best to reach all visible places in the home. 

• We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. For items out of reach an extendable duster will be used.

• We try to arrive at the scheduled time for each visit but please allow a 1 Hour window for arrival in case of unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather.
